Locations are chosen using USDA soil surveys, biodiversity mapping, logistics modeling, and infrastructure analysis. The first Forge Town is sited in rural Texas for optimal manufacturing, waste stream access, and long-term viability.

Designed to be resilient to supply-chain disruptions and economic uncertainty while remaining connected to the broader world.
