Forge Towns is a production-first community. Each town centers on a real manufacturing operation — mycelium composites and packaging made from agricultural waste — that generates real revenue. That revenue funds affordable family housing, cooperative ownership, education, and community infrastructure.

The communities are structured as hybrid worker co-ops with Community Land Trusts. Residents earn labor credits that convert into patronage dividends. Housing is designed to grow with families, not appreciate speculatively. Governance is transparent and elected.

We combine modern tools — sustainable manufacturing, AI-enhanced education, data-driven site selection — with timeless principles: stable relationships, cooperative ownership, and contribution to something larger than oneself.

Initial seed funding supports site validation, legal structuring, pilot production, and waitlist operations. Pre-applications are filed for USDA bioeconomy grants and Texas manufacturing incentives. Reg CF crowdfunding is planned for community participation. Larger SPV rounds are structured for strategic investors who share the vision of scalable, purpose-driven communities.
